Single-handed sailing and peace are beautiful things which I enjoy a lot.  But only if I have fun & friends around once in a while.  So I hope to sail with other yachts frequently and to take friends along on the North Wind. Which is also safer on the busy routes.. Even though the latter will not occur very often given the size of the boat (I already don't know myself where to put my gear, food and drinks). But if what I'm doing sounds interesting to you and you might consider sailing along for a bit please contact me! Might be fun...

Jochem Jochem's support en hulp van het afgelopen jaar zijn onbeschrijfelijk en ik weet dan ook werkelijk niet hoe ik hem hiervoor moet bedanken. Jochem is (in geheel willekeurige volgorde) mijn zeilleraar, goede vriend, ex-collega, buurman-bootbewoner, topklusser en favo zeilmaatje. Ik heb geen flauw idee waar en hoe ver ik nu zou zijn geweest zonder Jochems enthousiasme en geduld. Ik hoop heel hard dat er zeer binnenkort een dag komt dat de Zeemeeuw werkelijkheid wordt en ik hem kan helpen zijn droomreis naar New York voor te bereiden.
